I didn't much care for the taste of these little pods. I definitely recommend mixing it with juice and not just water to help mask the overwhelming fake orange flavor. I also didn't get an energy boost like I expected. I guess I was expecting something more like a cup of coffee. Maybe they help with chronic fatigue? I'm also confused how taking them in the morning (when I'm well rested) keeps me energized for the day. Maybe they would be more helpful when I'm feeling fatigued, like mid day?? I'm not sure, but I won't be purchasing.

I was giving the chance to review the Adrien Gagnon Super Energex. This was a totally new experience for me so I was quite excited to try these out. To start, the taste of these were not quite my favorite. I tried this in water and in juice and it still didn't make it very enjoyable! This needs to be worked on. The price of these are not horrible, I've seen worse. As for giving me energy Id say day by day it was a hit and miss. Some days I felt like it worked really well then the next day I felt exhausted so I can't really say how effective they were that way. I didn't get jittery like you do with energy drinks so that was a positive.

The product tastes awful but I had a bit more energy throughout the day. Other than the taste i recommend it to feel more energized and awake throughout the day!

First off - This tastes absolutely disgusting in water. So don't try to drink it with water! haha. I didn't find I felt much effect from it but I only got a chance to use it a handful of times because I don't drink juice and it was way too gross to drink with water. So that's a big downside for me personally. I might try it again later on and will reassess.

I really wanted this Adrien Gagnon Super Energex to work and I found that it helped a bit but nothing significant. The taste was decent and the product was easy and convenient to use.

The first morning I tried it with cold water, and almost could not get it down, because of the horrid taste.
Morning 2 I mixed it with berry juice and it tasted good.

I took this product for 7 days. The first and almost immediate change I noticed, was my urine that was very dark yellow while taking this. My urine went back to normal the day after I stopped taking it.

I had more energy during the day to get to all my work, but by 6-7pm I was completely drained and falling asleep while doing my evening chores at home. This happened every day whilst using this product, and it is something I can not afford to be doing. What is the use of falling asleep so early while I am getting the kids ready for bed, getting out their clothes for the next day, cleaning up after supper etc ...

I was sent this to try out as part of the Product Review Club along with some energy bars. I put one in my orange juice for breakfast.

The taste was alright and I like to think it kept me energized throughout the day but it's hard to tell. I like the idea of these but I prefer to just eat a bar or take a pill, for that reason I wouldn't buy these myself but they were fun to try out.

I tried the Energex in the mornings at breakfast, putting it into my orange juice. The taste was fine. I'm not sure how energized I felt after drinking it but I did like the nutrients in the mix.

Not having used any other product like this before, it is hard to compare.
I've taken effervescence and tablets that load you up on vitamins to fight off illness if you're feeling like you're coming down with a cold. But this is energy support, with the B vitamins. I used them with water on nights that I was staying up very late working & needed to concentrate, and also after daytime workouts before I went to work. I couldn't detect an orange flavour, and the taste isn't particularly pleasant. I will try them with juice, chocolate milk and tea, where hopefully the taste will blend in fine. As to whether they are effective, I didn't feel drowsy or tired when I took them.
