Decent quality for the price, and works okay to clear congestion. I still prefer Vick's vaporub or something similar.

Just bought this from shoppers because I had a really bad sinus headache which I get a lot. It's not the best I ever had it did take a while to work but if I had a coupon I would use it again

This product definitely was not as effective as I would have liked it to be. Also, I purchased non-drowsy daytime and it still made me drowsy. I will not be using this product again.
