i find this product to work extremely well. however, if you are planning to go straight to working out, you might get a little dizzy. i would take this with a headache and not plan on moving very much. you will feel better, but you want to steer on the safe side and maybe use that time to dust around the house instead of going on 5 mile jog. the price is decent but don't be weary on using this to combat your headache, it will work in about 20 minutes

Advil only works for my headaches half the time. Actually, it rarely relieves my headaches.
It does help me when I have a sore back or sore shoulders though.

This is the best pain medication it's my usual brand they are easy to swallow and I find they work very fast and the price is really good too
