Excellent Service

I flew in this airline from Munich to Toronto. The flight was on time and the service was excellent. Would fly again in this. Did not face any issues during my flight

Awful customer service

Air Canada has a reputation for frequently being late and poor customer service, and after flying with them four times, I can honestly say that Air Canada has earned that poor reputation. I hate flying with them, and only will do so because they do sometimes have much better prices for flying to Europe than most other airlines.
