I've had good success w/ this product, as long as you are religious about using it regularly once symptoms begin to rear their ugly head.

I've tried both the lemon/lime and orange flavors. Both go down easy, but don't leave you "craving for more!" There are new flavors out there now, too, like grapefruit.
