I got these in a goodie basket from Airplus for Her. The toughest part about these cushy gel inserts is deciding which shoes get them! The stick to the insides of your shoes and stay put so you can't transfer them to another pair. I find that they are easier to place inside sandals or open toe shoes so you can get them positioned properly. It's a little tricky with a pair of pumps.

What I like:
*squishy gel cushioning is definitely more comfortable than without it
*the pads are clear so you don't need to be embarrassed that you have added support for your shoes. They show a little on black shoes, but I have some silver insoled shoes that I used their Save My Souls for which covers the whole foot and you can't see it at all.
*The don't slip at all. Once they are in place that's it.

What I don't:
*If your shoes are closed toe, these can be a bit tricky to place
*I prefer the "Save My Souls" which are for the whole foot. The cushioning was not as noticeable when it is only for the ball of the foot. It's nice, but not as obvious.
*If you position it incorrectly you can get a blister. I made a mistake the first time I used these. I recommend putting them in first without removing the sticky side to see the best positioning.

Overall I like them and would use them again. My feet are dry and not sweaty, which I think makes them work well for me. I would be interested to see how these worked for someone with sweaty feet?
