I LOVE these. I got a basket of goodies from Airplus for Her and these were my favorites. I have this gorgeous pair of black patent pumps with zero arch support. I stuck a pair of these in a few days ago and these shoes despite their 3 inch heels have become sooo comfortable! I wish I had 20 pairs of these to put in all of my shoes.

They are easy to use but once they're in that's that. You can't take them out and use them in multiple pairs. They are clear so not that noticeable when you take your shoes off. I'm a big fan now and would buy these again.
