I was given these supports to review because I often have problems with my feet. If I wear shoes that don't have support built in my feet start to ach by the end of the day. This is a big problem because I am a girl who loves shoes and often the ones that I pick have little support.
I really like the feel of these gel inserts because they're hard enough to give support but the gel is soft and forms to the natural arch of your foot. The only down side to these inserts is that they can’t be easily taken in and out of every pair of shoe. They bottom side of each insert has a plastic sheet that removes to reveal a sticky side to keep the insert place, so it's difficult if you want to remove them and use them in another pair - however if you do not remove the plastic you can use them without sticking them in. Overall, I was happy with how they made my feet feel and they are definitely worth $7.
