great substitute

As someone who has an expensive prescription for their migraines, I rely on Aleve for my less serious ones. It works and is great in a pinch. I'm pretty happy I listened to my dad when he suggested it to dull the pain of an oncoming migraine.

The best for PMS

Although I wouldn't reach for Aleve first when I have a headache, it sure does a number on body aches. Especially long-term pain. I keep Aleve on hand for PMS symptoms. It really cuts through cramps. It takes a bit for the first dose to begin working, but once it has, you're good to go. Then, when you have to take a second dose, you stay good. I take it once a month for a few days in a row to deal with said cramps. Works better than any other over-the-counter medication for this that I've tried.

Good by aches and pains

This is my new go to pain reliever. It works on cramps in no time and relives tension headaches without having to take several pills at a time. One pills and the pain is gone.

I use Aleve for my go to pain reliever and always have a bottle on hand. Be it for a headache, muscle ache it does the trick. Sometimes difficult to find on sale.

I was happy when this product became available over the counter in Canada as I used to get it when occasionally in the US. I find that it is very effective for pain and one tablet lasts for hours. I am loyal to my brand but do always have Aleve in the medication cabinet for when I have inflammatory pain.

i have terrible headaches and muscle pain, this is the only medication that works by just taking one pill. any other medication i usually have to take at least 2 pills and sometimes i have to take it again, this works fast and relieves the pain!

Instant pain relief. I usually have lower back pain and this often does the trick. Always keep a few tablets with me in my purse. My mom also swears by this because she has arthritis in her knees.

I may be one of the few, but Aleve really doesnt do the trick for me. I would much rather rather an other brand of headache/pain relief than this one! I find that my headache is still throbbing after even an hour into taking Aleve, and sometimes it just slightly lessens it but it will still be there.
