Whenever I have pain in my shoulder from a previous surgery, I always take an aleve to relieve my muscles in my shoulder from the pain, and within 5-10 minutes of me taking the pill, I feel back to my normal self without the pain.

So I am someone who gets headaches constantly, anywhere from twice a week up to five days a week and they vary from headaches to migraines. I have tried so many different over the counter meds and Aleve by far works the best and the fastest. It helps me get back on track with my day within 40 minutes, let me tell you how appreciative I am of that. I got these to see if they would really work and they do!! I had a bad headache and I took 2of these and within 20 minutes my headache was gone. Had tried Aleve is the past for my Migraines and it didn't work. But when I started to get back pain at work and couldn't find anything to help, I decided to give Aleve another try. I work a labor job and I also get migraines often, I have tried other pain medication, and other brands and Aleve is the only one that can take my pains away,it can usually get rid of my migraine within 15 minutes, I always recommend aleve and always try to carry them in my lunch pail for work

Absolute, hands down, the best pain relief for tooth pain or sprains or anything that has to do with swelling. Relief within 20 min for even the most stubborn pain. It can be costly at certain stores but worth it for that intense kind of pain!
