Alka-Seltzer says it's an antacid and pain relief medicine, and I wholly recommend it for anyone with pain. Nothing has helped my Fibromyalgia pain but Alka-Seltzer; nothing, and I've tried just about everything except for addictive opiods. I thought there would be no relief for me until I read someone else with Fibro recommending Alka-Seltzer.

I tried it and it works! I don't know what about it that makes it so miraculous but it seems to me that it has the perfect balance of ASA, baking soda, and citric acid that soothes the muscle inflammation and just gives a general ease of pain and discomfort. Fibromyalgia pain is pervasive and tough to lessen, so if Alza-Seltzer works for it then I could only imagine how well it would work for just about aches and pains of the general sort.
