Very healthy

I highly recommend this because it's one, very healthy and two, very good.
Not to mention that it has all the nutrients you need to stay healthy and in good shape! And perfectly affordable price as far as i know

This product really disappointed me. My husband was grocery shopping with my daughter and she was hungry so he gave this to her while they shopped. He didn't have a chance to read the ingredients. When he got home and I saw it I tossed the whole box in the garbage. People assume that gluten-free products will be healthier considering they are designed for people whose intestines have been ravaged by wheat allergies. But this product is loaded with garbage.

I appreciate the honesty in the brand name "All But Gluten". It really is all of he bad things in food you want to avoid... except for gluten.
