I was looking for a tablet for my 4 year old daughter for her birthday and I wasn't looking to spend too much money on one in case she dropped it so I seen the Alldaymall A88X 7'' Tablet on Amazon.
The tablet has an 7" HD display (1024x600), Built-in Wi-Fi, and Google Play installed along with Numerous apps like Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Youtube, Pinterest etc. within just one touch. It is Powered by a 1.2 GHz quad core Allwinner A33 processor, has 8GB of storage and an expandable Micro SD card for storing all your pictures, music, movies and apps. The Operating System is Android 4.4 also known as KitKat. It also has a camera in front and back.
This is an average tablet for kids and it was only $50 so I purchased it. I went against my better judgement and did not pay attention to the reviews. I wished I did more research on this product. I found out the hard way what can happen when you do not research products.
The camera is not very clear and it has a terrible problem connecting to wifi. I had to be very close to the router just to get a signal otherwise I would get a timeout error on the screen. After having it on for only 2 hours, the tablet would not connect to the internet through Wi-Fi. I wanted to see if it could be fixed so I contacted their customer service. From the information that their customer service agent told me, the tablet's Wi-Fi module could be broke. This indicated to me that this is a major problem with their tablets. They told me that I could send the tablet back and once they received it, they would send out a replacement which could take over a month for me to receive. I decided to return the tablet and get a refund because it was too much of a problem.
My opinion of this tablet is that it is a decent tablet for kids at a great price but the company needs to fix the Wi-Fi module and make sure that it is working properly before they ship it out to customers.
