Alleykat Apricat is a wheat ale with a very strong apricot flavour. I wouldn't suggest that this is as bubbly/crisply sweet as some other fruit beers and ciders. Apricat is certainly discernible as a beer, but has a very almost pungent apricot flavour that blends really nicely with food or by itself. I would only drink one or two in a row, because it is quite an overwhelming flavour, but its delicious!
