This book is just a classic. And a CANADIAN classic at that.

I read A LOT as a child, and my parents always read to me, and this is a book I will never forget. I am sure the copy I have is close to an original printing - it is very well worn and has been read thousands of times. I recently found my copy in my parents basement and have been using it to read with one of my students. The artwork is incredible (and kind of terrifying) and the poems are just fabulously written. It brings back a lot of memories reading this again after likely 2 decades.
