They excell at what they do!

I have had bladder leakage for over 10 years and was always a Poise user. When Always came out with their version my leakage had gotten a lot worse, many times if I didn’t do a sprint there would be trouble. So I tried Always liners and didn’t go back to any other liner. They do hold a lot of fluids and have been a godsend when leak turned to flow. I highly recommend Always for all your leakage problems.

Helps with my bladder leakage and they are discreet, I’m able to wear under leggings. I’ve been looking for a product like this for a while now and these do the job

Great product, very comfortable to wear - firmly stuck, no leakage. refreshing smell - can be use for periods as well.
There aren’t any wings, but liners stayed in place and didn’t move about. For me 5 star

Absolutely HORRIBLE

A couple drops might work with them, but anymore be prepared to have pee running down your legs. Truthfully, a wad of toilet paper would do a better job!!!

Like a Diaper

I accidentally bought these instead of the regular panty-liners I use. I figured that they would do the same thing. But, these are much longer and feel like I'm wearing a diaper than the normal panty-linters I use.

Great Pad, but heavily scented.

This is a great lbl pad. I like that they are thin, but slightly bigger than other lbl pads. It is too bad they are heavily scented. (It is a very pleasant scent.) I don't like the idea of putting scented products down there.

i have been wearing always pads since I was young and I recently tried a sample of these I got in the mail and loved them. The length of them is perfect for overnight wear and they're thin so comfy to wear during the day.

Love these handy products. Helps with leakage. Keeps me dry and fresh. I have found Always Discreet Incontinence Liners to be a God Send. Great for every day use.

I always have to wear a liner every day, otherwise my underwear just get ruined way too quickly. Always sent me a sample of the very light long length liner (and 2 other pads) to try but this one was my favourite. I like how absorbent and dry it stays throughout the day. Atm, they're a bit too pricey and my leaks are not significant enough to resort to this. I will stick to the (dailies) always thin liners

J'ai essayé les Always Discreet Incontinence Liners ils sont idéals dans mon cas pour les fou rire ou toux lorsqu'un min dégâts arrive... j'utilise chaque jours et ne saurais m'en passer! mince et tiens bien en place :) Je recommande !
