Good for those that toss & turn in bed

These pads are great for nighttime. If you're like me, who tosses and turns all night then these are the pads for you. No more leaking at night. They're probably bigger than they should be but they are comfortable to wear during the day when you have a heavy flow.

The first time I saw this size, I was so excited to buy it. I usually wear pads at night and tampons during the day. This pad has helped me so much when it comes to protection everywhere. It's always a fear I wake up with thinking omg did I leak out my pad. It's a great size that I find covers everywhere and more. It's extremely good absorbing a lot during those heavy days/night. ALWAYS has always been my brand. It's the only brand I use. The cost is decent. I think you get a good amount in each package. I like that is gives you a peace of mind while sleeping. I find that it's popular because sometimes when I go to the store it's sold out on the shelves. I sure recommend it to others as it's great at doing it's job. I like that its flexible and moves with your body as your sleeping. (For those women that move around a lot during their sleep). I think it's great to use during the day, if your always using pads, for those women who have their period extremely heavy. I find that it hold a lot before you need to change which is good because you're not changing it as frequently. I think it's a must try.

Nothing works as good

I've had a very heavy period from the very beginning. It's something that seems to run in my family. My menstrual cycle isn't long but it is heavy. I've tried other pads, but Always Maxi Pads Overnight Extra are the only ones that make me comfortable enough to sleep at night.

I have extremely heavy periods - hemorrhaging is more like it and these have saved me at night. I do have to change once or twice because my period is so heavy but they work. Nothing else works as well. I really like the fan like back which protects if you sleep on your back.
One thing I would do is perhaps make the center a little wider as it narrows quite a bit and sometime leakage happens.. or make a small/med size and a large/XL size pads...

These were a MUST after I had my daughter. My sister advised me to get them, and I am so glad i did! They really worked well. no leaks, and comfortable enough to wear and sleep in.
