Great for those of us who love books

I read books very quickly yet I would always forget to return them to the library and since I go thru them so fast I hate spending $20 on a book I'll read in 2 days or less. The book prices for Kindle are always great but my favorite thing about this is how there are always phenomenal deals on all kinds of products that you can only get if you have a Kindle Fire or Kindle Fire HD, pays for itself in no time with this feature alone.

This is a wonderful for travel. No need to carry the weight of several books.
He drags it everywhere you go. Takes up little space in a handbag. Love it !!!

My mom purchased a Kindle Fire from Amazon on Prime day. I liked hers so much that I turned around and purchased my own. It has been one of the best purchases I have made. I'm an AVID book reader and this holds so many books that I'll never get bored or run out of books. I have downloaded a few games as well. There's no app crashing or freezing like with some tablets. It's fast and can keep up with my multitasking.

I absolutely love my Kindle when it works. I have to have it charging the entire time that I am using it even if it is 100% charged. I've had to exchange it 3 times. Good thing that Amazon has great customer service.

I've had a few other e-readers in my time, but only the Kindle Fire has impressed me. Its battery lasts much longer than other e-readers I've had. It also projects a clear image that makes reading easy. I was also surprised by how cheap it was; I would have thought a product like this would be worth much more.

My husband got me a Kindle Fire for Christmas a couple of years ago and I LOVE IT! I didn't think I would like reading books in digital form, but it is great! I've read a few books on it now and I love using it. It's comfortable, easy to use and back-lit (unlike some ereaders) so I can read in the dark and not wake up my husband.

I love that I can browse the Internet on it and also watch Netflix. It's fantastic for travelling!

I recommend the Kindle Fire to anyone looking for a do-it-all e-reader!

I like this product because it's like an ipad but differently better! For some reason i don't own any apple products, not even an ipod. My mom never got me one so i used my phone (android) instead. But my friend has one so i've use an ipad and the two are similar but like i said i prefer this So good luck with yours when you get one!

I love my Kindle Fire! I'm actually on it right now. I use it to surf the web, watch videos on and read books. For the price it is wonderful. The only complaint is sometimes it sticks when selecting something. You touch it and it does nothing. When that happens I just select it again then it will change to the next screen. Only complaint. It is a great item and worth the money for a gift for your kids.

I received my Kindle Fire as a birthday gift. I had no idea I would love it so much or I would have already had it! I think the best thing about it is that it's easy to use. Any time I've had a question, I just look it up on Amazon and I've been able to find my answer ever time.

The Fire is a little, compact tablet with a fabulous e-reader function. I can go online (with a WiFi connection) to any website, check my email, update my Facebook status, and more. There is an app store, which is not quite up to par with Apple - yet - but still pretty good. Books I purchase from Amazon are stored in cloud storage until I want to access them, so they aren't bogging down my device. It has a touch screen which is incredibly user-friendly.

The e-reader function is wonderful. It is full color and lights up, so I can read in bed without needing a book light. There are 8 different font sizes available, and you can change the typeface, the line spacing, the size of the margins, and the color mode - either black on white, white on black, or a sort of sepia color background. If you have more than one Kindle, as I do, you can sync to the furthest page read. You can also take notes, look words up on the built-in dictionary, and much more.

If you use the Kindle Fire a lot, it will need to be charged frequently. An nightly overnight charge would suffice to get through the day if you tend to use it daily.

I find that Amazon is very easy to work with. Searching for and buying books is simple as can be. My Kindle Fire has become one of my most prized possessions. I use it often and can't wait to figure more of its functions.
