American crew fiber has been a long time favourite of mine. No other hair product comes close in my mind when it comes to styling my hair without being too heavy, or greasy. It's never flakey, and it always holds up.

I have been using Fiber for around 8 years. Every few years I try something new and go right back to Fiber. I have a lot of fine, straight hair. When applied to dry hair this product provides an excellent no shine, pliable hold that doesn't crunch or leave oil/residue behind. It shampoos out very easily with every shampoo I have ever used. All that remains is for me to build a fallout style shelter full of this stuff to make sure I never run out if crew were to stop making this product.

Best hair product for short hair (fine/thick)

I love this hair fiber. It's like a molding clay/ matte wax texture. Keeps your hair in place without the stickiness. Leaves a natural feel and look as a result!

my favourite !! it does a great job to my hair. My go to brand. It is on the pricier side but totally worth the money. Stays intact and makes your hair look goood! recommended

My go to hair product

when my barber suggested I thought it was too expensive till I tried it. The hold is great and it last all day, also it doesn't give any shine in your hair or white residue. Highly recommend this, for me it lasted 6 monhts of3-4 day weekly usage.

Great hold, great style! Worth the money

I initially received one of these products for free from the brand but have since purchased 2 more and will continue to buy going forward. My teenage son uses it and it's so perfect for his hair.

He has thick, coarse-textured hair about 2-3 inches long on top. He used to use a cheaper gel or pomade product but we found that it often looked greasy or had too much hold (stiff) or not enough hold. It's true that American Crew Fiber requires a little more fussing, mostly in that you have to rub it briskly between your hands until it's a soft and even coating on your fingers (like thick lotion) because it comes out of the container like thick butter. Once it's skin-warmed and thinned out, you just rake your fingers through the hair and get this amazing, non-stiff-yet-perfect-hold style. It's not at all shiny and the scent, while noticeable on your fingers, completely dissipates in the hair. My son does not like wearing scent so this is really perfect for him.

It may cost a bit more but it's so much better for him than the products he was using before and you really don't need much to create the style. My son gives this two huge thumbs up!

Great hair fiber

I use this product daily and is effective to add texture without a low sheen. You only need the tiniest amount which I emulsify in my hands and work throughout my hair.

I absolutly love this and use it on my hair all the time

My partner uses this product but when she got it and I tried it I asked her where she got it because I absolutly love using it in my hair !! It smells amazing and it works really well. I would let anyone try this !
