WEEKDAY OR FOR THOSE SPECIAL OCCASIONS!

When was the last time you visited the bookstore, library or the web for a recipe; an infinite amount of recipes and the reviews vary from poor to impressive; though you really never know until you actually sit down and attempt to create your chosen recipe. Some will fail yet some will succeed. A number of years ago I purchased my first America's Test Kitchen magazine and have never looked back. From soft cover, to their monthly magazine to their hard cover books, my collection has blossomed and so have my baking/cooking techniques. From equipment & product reviews to recipes that actually have an explanation of how they were created. So, while you are waiting in line at your favorite grocery store and are perusing the magazines at the check out, pick one up and put it in your cart, you'll find yourself reading a recipe book from front to back and creating some great meals.
