I received the Amopé Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File to review as part of the Chick-Advisor Review Club in exchange for my honest opinion.

I was very excited to be chosen to review the Amopé Pedi Perfect Electronic Foot File. My feet are dry and I tend to get cracks on my heels that worsen as the summer goes on. I can't stand stocks, so as long as the weather permits I wear sandals. I don't bring out the shoes and socks until we have snow.

Up until now I have only ever used a foot file or pumas stone. Both are okay, and they are certainly inexpensive but they do not do the best job at helping remove the dry and cracked areas of my heels and big toes.

Although the handle of the Amopé is somewhat large and awkward, it was very easy to use. I like that it runs on batteries and doesn't need to be plugged in. I am very pleased with the over all results. I found that it did a really good job at removing the dry areas from my feet, leaving them smoother and a lot nicer looking. With regular use, I don't think I will suffer from any cracks in my heels at all this year. This is a product that I will absolutely use again and again! I'm thrilled to have finally found a product that actually works on my dry and cracked feet! The price tag is a bit expensive but its well worth it for a product that actually does what it claims to do!

The handle on the Amope quite large, I'd like to see it be a tad sleeker to make it easier to hold. It has a nice rubber-like coating on it though which makes it easy to get a grip on it.

There is a replaceable head which is easy to remove for washing with an eject button on the side.

The Amope has one speed setting. It works really great on areas that are rough and really dried out. You can actually see the skin dust dropping to the area below and in the air (gross I know! LOL). When it comes to areas that are callused, I find it does a mediocre job. I find In these areas I have to push down a bit more, which causes the Amope to slow down drastically. If I concentrate on this area it will remove some of the callused skin, but it is way too time consuming. It would be easier to use a callus remover and then use the Amope to focus on smoothing out the area afterwards.

In the end, I was satisfied with it. It did make my feet a lot smoother and it removed a lot of the dry skin I had.

I also have an Emoji Micro-Pedi and I find it works almost exactly the same. The Emjoi has a sleeker handle which I like and you can get replaceable heads that have different grits so you can get coarser heads for areas that have thicker skin, as far as I know, the Amope doesn't have different grits available for its replaceable heads. Both products are similar in price.

If I had to pick one, I'd pick the Emjoy because I prefer the handle and because I can get a coarser head for my calluses.

I recommend this for people who have dry, coarse, cracked feet that need to be smoothed out or if you have calluses and a lot of patience.

I am SO thrilled I was chosen to test this out from Chick Advisor!! I had been looking at these over the last few months in the drugstore but was hesitant to buy one because of the cost and the fact that other similar products I've tried haven't ended up working so great...

I LOVE the Amope! I had a few small slightly dry areas on my feet and one quite thick dry hardened area and after the first use 2 nights ago the small areas were gone and the hardened area was so much better! I did a second treatment last night on the tough area and now my feet are so smooth and nice.

I was in the drugstore with my friend today and pointed it out to her and told her it was a MUST BUY for keeping summer feet soft. She is probably going to buy one!

I am rarely ever not in heels, and while ~glamorous~, it typically means that by the end of the day, my feet are sore and dry. My heels typically crack and peel, and I'm the type who always picks at scabs and such, so I usually can't resist tugging at the dead skin, which of course, makes it worse. For these reasons, I was really excited to receive the pedi perfect. I was happy that it came with batteries (as I never have any at home), and even happier to find out how simple it was to use. No pain whatsoever, and before I knew it, my feet were so smooth! My only issue with it is the amount of noise it makes- almost comparable to my neighbours when they're doing construction, haha.

I don't think I've ever been as excited as I was when this foot file arrived. If there is something I have, it's absolutely horrid feet, I tend to neglect them, I treat them badly, walk a great deal, I have thick thick callouses everywhere, particularly on my heels.

This foot file first of all is very very easy to use, I love the weight of it, which is probably due to the 4 AA batteries it requires to work it (note, not sure how long it lasts), I also find it very comfortable in the hand.

Tried it on the worst areas on my feet, and this thing works! However for myself, with my nasty feet, I am wondering how I get ahold of more sandpaper rolls, because surely I've worn the one that came with the machine down already.

Fantastic idea, and I would definitely recommend it for the at home pedi person. It might seem expensive at it's price point, however, that's the cost of one professional pedicure, so it's well worth it.

I tried to take photos, but the difference before and after wasn't apparent to sight, only to the feel, so I felt they would be superflous...

I already told everyone I know how I was so lucky to get to try and test #forfree #AmopéPediPerfect "Electronic Foot File" how well it works taking away callouses, dry skin patches and left my feet so smooth and soft so I have #beautifulfeet all summer and all through the year.

I was very impressed with the #AmopePediPerfect packaging and that the batteries were included so I could try it out right away. I was also impressed with it's easy to hold handle and how easy it was to operate. I have tried other products trying to make my feet smooth but nothing compares to how easy the #AmopéPediPerfect "Electronic Foot File" was so easy to operate. Right away you can see it working leaving dry white dust of skin behind. My feet look so good now and even feel healthier. I also love to wear sandals in the summer and having a job that I am on my feet all the time that is very important to me.

This product is not just good for women and is also good for men too. My hubby's bottom of his feet were so hard. chapped and also he was always complaining of pain. I did his feet and wow what a big difference he said he could not believe how well #Amopé Pedi Perfect (Electronic Foot File) worked on his feet. They look so much better and he said that they do not hurt now. I honestly recommend this #WonderProduct made @AmopéCanada it is so worth buying you will not be sorry and you will see for yourself how you will have soft, no more dry skin and callous free feet. Well, actually, I think it's my feet that thank you the most! :) I wear sandals whenever I get the chance so my feet were in pretty rough shape. I used to use a Pedi Egg to get them back into decent shape but after using this, they don't compare! The Pedi Egg was so manual and tedious. The Amope Pedi Perfect, being electronic, was effortless! Just one use of the Amope Pedi Perfect Foot File was all it took for smooth feet again! It is a super easy to use product that gets you results. You won't get super pristine feet right off the get go but I noticed a marked improvement. After one or two more uses, I'm sure my feet will be in the best shape in a long time!

Yes, the price is steep but is it worth it? I think so! The replacement cartridges (they come in a 2 pack) were on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart this week so I bought a couple so my husband could try the Pedi Perfect and he seems to like it. :)

You guys... This product is so great! Admittedly, my feet have been a mess recently. Last winter was particularly hard on my feet and left them feeling dry and cracked moving into flip flop season, which always tends to require a little more foot care than usual. Honestly, my feet were not looking or feeling cute and I tended to hide them in the bed so that they wouldn't brush against my boyfriend. I know, right?

I like to use this before I get in the shower. I just sit on the edge of the tub for a few minutes and move this slowly around all of the contours of my heel before moving along to anywhere else that my feet have dryness or callouses. It's incredibly satisfying to see the dust coming off my feet and also to see the rough texture and just general unattractive appearance of my feet change before my eyes. This thing is just. so. easy. I'm much too lazy to sit there with a traditional file and shave away at my feet for what seems like forever with minimal results, but this is just a million times faster and more effective than a traditional foot file. Also, it removes callouses and dead skin easily so there's no danger of damaging healthy skin when using this.

So would I recommend it for the price? YES. Honestly, it's a little spendy for a foot file, but the amount of time you'll save and the results that you'll get is completely worth the cost. You can also order replacement heads when the one that is included loses its efficacy, which means that you really could keep this baby around for years (hopefully!)

My feet have never been so happy , I have use a few others , but None of them work this like one ! This works wonders on feet , it does exactly what it says .... It got off all that rough dry skin , I'm on my feet all day and now they don't hurt like they did , I am so happy with this , that I have bought one f or a few people , and it is buy far the most wonderful tool ,so simple to use and clean , :) I even look forward to using it , I even go as far as doing my husbands feet :)...... I absolutely love this product. My feet are usually dry and cracked like a lot of womens and since haing a pedicure on a weekly basis is out of my budget I decided to try this and am so glad I did. It takes all the dry scaley skin off my feet and now my feet look good in sandals in between my pedicures. After I use Amope I follow it up with O'Keefe's Happy Feet which leaves my feet soft for days. I am so glad that I invested the money into this product. This chick will not be facing dry scaley skin again.
