I bought this in a 3 pack, Amoretti Premium Creamy Classic Syrups 1.7 fl oz 3 Pack bottles (Crema di Vanilla, Crema di Caramel, Crema di Hazelnut) They were quite small and I added the syrups to my coffee. I didn't enjoy the synthetic taste and wouldn't recommend it as a sweetener.
