This is a great phone. I have been using it for almost 2 years and no real issues yet with it. The battery does't last as long as it once did but I think that is like any cell phone battery after a few years. The video quality is amazing. Very handy and fast phone. I am at my upgrading point with the cell company and I almost don't want to move on because its such a nice phone..
