I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and I have to say I absolutely love this pillow. When I'm not pregnant I normally sleep on my stomach but since I'm pregnant and can no longer sleep on my stomach I try to sleep mostly on my left side as they say it's better for blood flow. I like that this pillow helps to keep me propped on my left side and stay that way! I find that since I have been sleeping on my side my hips tend to hurt a little by the time morning comes. Since using this pillow propped in between my knees it keeps my hips aligned and I no longer wake up with hip pain.

This pillow would be considered firm by my standards but considerably comfortable. I have been having sleeping noticeably better since I have been using this pillow. Although the manufacturer has marketed this pillow more towards expectant mothers I can definitely see it being extremely versatile as well as great for those with hip or knee problems, someone that had surgery and needs to sleep positioned in a certain way, someone with back problems or just someone that just wants a certain degree of comfort and support.

This pillow comes with a removable cotton pillow case that has the same feel as soft as a t-shirt. When you need to wash it simply unzip the pillow case, throw it In the washer and dryer and put it back on your pillow and you're ready for another good night sleep. The filling of the pillow is made of polyester fibre. It's hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant. There's also no pthalates, latex, lead or BPA.

The only complaint I have and it's very minor is that it doesn't come with a storage bag to place it in when I not using during the day. It is quite a large pillow and I just dont like looking at it during the day on my bed. This might not be something that bothers most people but I like everything to look neat and tidy and I can't stand clutter so I'm going to have to purchase a zip up or sealble bag to keep it stored in while I'm not using it. Other than that this pillow is great!
