I did A LOT of research when it came time to purchase a baby monitor. So many moms recommended a video monitor, but knowing how much of a worry wort I could be, I was desperate to find a monitor that I wouldn't be compelled to watch in the night (missing out on much needed sleep!). In came Angelcare, sent from up above, the pad goes underneath the mattress to detect movement/breathing, if nothing is detected, a signal will go off. **NOTE** we did run into a few false alarms, but surprisingly, they never woke the baby, probably because we sprang into action so fast!
