There isn't really much to this lotion but it absorbs quickly, leaves my skin nice and soft and the smell... let's just say that you should never apply this lotion when hungry!

My favorite time to apply it is right after bath time, that way the wonders of my hydrating body wash get sealed in and i get a lovely scent to lull me to sleep.
