Waste Of Money

I was so excited when I found this lip liner. It matched my lipstick perfectly, and was supposed to stay on for 7 hours. It went on very smoothly, but came off within 2 hours. The worst thing about it though was that I only got to use it 3 times. The dial at the bottom would not bring up anymore product when i turned it. It was very upsetting spending $12+ on this product to only use it three times. I will definitely be sending an email to the company. I feel completely ripped off by this product.
