Il est très abordable et très efficace pour le prix. Le Eye liner noir d'Annabelle à une couleur très pigmentée et il n'est pas nécessaire de repasser sur la ligne pour obtenir une teinte noire foncée sans vois la peau. Son applicateur est merveilleux également pour pouvoir faire une ligne de l'épaisseur désirée.

A complete surprise, I was not expecting a lot from this eyeliner, but it's super easy to use, it's really black, and allows me to create the perfect cat eye. It's not at all waterproof (and doesn't claim to be) but that's okay if you don't have oily eyelids, but might be a problem if you do.

This eyeliner can be purchased at your local drugstore. It was around 11$. With primer this liner is very dark, stays in place all day and is waterproof. Without primer it will come off with a swipe of water. So without primer it is easily removable for quick outings and such. But with primer this liner is practical for all day wear even through workouts. It is easy to apply and I recommend it.
