Have to do a few swipes to get some actual glitter on there but it works pretty well. I like putting it over top of my black eyeliner

An absolutely gorgeous colour!!! I brush it over my favourite cobalt blue eyeliner to create a sultry and dramatic effect. It drives quickly and doesn’t feel sticky on your lid. You can wear it without any eyeliner if you want a subtle effect. I always purchase two because they are so popular that they often run out of this colour.
