A surprise total winner

I always saw the Annabelle eyeliners in the stores and thought the looked so pretty but they must be of poor quality because they are affordably priced. Glad to say I was wrong about the quality, these are the best eyeliners I have purchased in years. The colors are beautiful and they last all day.
