Micro-Pencil Delivers Precision

Annabelle Skinny Brow Liner in Universal Light is my favourite brow liner. The micro-pencil is perfect for precisely lining the eyebrows and the swivel means no sharpening required. The colour is ideal for my thin, barely-there brows. It's not too grey and not too warm. In my case, it's a neutral shade of light brown when applied. This brow liner lasts throughout the day and does not smudge. I prefer using a micro-pencil such as this one, over a brow pomade, powder or gel, because the precision of a micro-pencil gives a very neat, tidy appearance to the brows.
