Liked what I tried.

I really liked these Omega-3 supplements. They were smaller than most Omega-3 pills, so were a lot easier to swallow and they don't have the gross fishy taste that Omega-3 supplements always have. I also love the fact that they come from a sustainable source and still have comparable levels of Omega-3, EPA and DHA. The only con is the price - it's quite a bit more expensive than regular Omega-3 supplements. I also can’t really speak to its effectiveness as I only tried a sample. If price isn’t a major concern, I would recommend trying this product, especially if you are looking for a sustainable and vegan alternative. #trynatural #gotitfree

A quality you can trust

I know AOR is a very high quality brand, the product is vegan, which is a huge advantage, no gelatin caps, but unfortunately i can't say i felt a difference with an only 3 days trial supply, However i will recomand this product because the ingredients formula is a great combination and for the high quality of the brand.

AOR VEGAN OMEGA 3 SUPPLEMENT

Only received 6 pills which isn't really enough to test out the true effectiveness of this product in my opinion. It's was easier to swallow, I found it made no difference, it all depends on your mood, how much you slept that day, stress levels of your day, so take this review with a grain of salt.

So much energy

I loved this Omega supplement and it didn't bother me as Omega 3 pills usually do. It gave me so much energy. Got this as a sample and have since then bought a whole bottle

Promising Vegan Alternative

I was provided 6 softgels complimentary for review, which is not really enough to notice just how effective this product was. However, I will say that I appreciated substituting a vegan supplement for the week. The pill was a bit larger than those I normally take but I had no problems swallowing - it went down great without getting sticky or stuck in my mouth/throat. I notice with this particular type of supplement, I have less anxiety and sleep better, which was still the case using the Omega 3 from this brand. I would confidently swap these into my daily intake routine to continue using and hopefully see a few more health benefits as well.

Vegan Omega 3

For someone who takes omega 3 in order to mentally function better during the day and not be too foggy even on days I don't get to sleep well, these are amazing! Even better is the fact they're vegan so if you cannot take fish oil these will definitely help. I felt them to work as well as my fish oil based omega 3 supplements but these were definitely easier to swallow. I would like to try and switch to other supplements from the AOR eco series for vegan/vegetarian options for supplementing vitamins. #gotitfree #trynatural

6 pills isn't really enough to test out the true effectiveness of this product in my opinion. There are lots of factors that could affect the results (like level of stress/stuff at work, sleep, placebo effect), so I would take this review with a grain of salt.

I try not to rely on pills and supplements too much so I only took 1 a day (I do this with medication as well and do not take the full dose since I prefer my body to work on its own rather than learn to become dependent). I personally felt a surge of energy and productivity to do work. The pill is a little bigger than what I am used to but still easy to swallow. I love that it is vegan and sustainability sourced !!
