The official drink of Summer 2021!

I think the Aperol spritz is officially the drink of summer 2021! This classic beverage seems to be making its way onto every restaurant and bar menu and for a good reason! If you haven’t yet tried it, it’s a refreshing and sweet summer cocktail and with this Aperol product, you can adjust the taste to your liking. I will forewarn though, that this is an acquired taste, and it took me some time to find the right recipe to my liking as it can be overly sweet. However, there are definitely ways to lighten it up. Give it a try and enjoy!

Taste of Summer

My favourite liqour to mix with. A classic Aperol Spritz blends the sweetness of prosecco with the bitterness of Aperol, making it a beautiful summer drink. One sip and you are transported to the south of Italy!

I had Prosecco and Aperol in Europe two summers ago and it instantly became my FAVOURITE spritz! So delicious! Aperol can have a bit of a bitter taste so if that's not your thing definitely mix it....add some Prosecco! So light and refreshing!

Spritz con Aperol!!! When the clocks hit 3, 4pm in north Italy, you start seeing people with wine glasses with an orange colored aperitif in their hands. You start getting curious and ask `what the heck are they drinking every single day??!!` Then you decide trying it. And that moment stops the clocks for you cause you get the feeling that you`ll be doing the same thing from then on....Aperol is an imported liquor which becomes heavenly when mixed with prosecco, a little bit of carbonated water, one or two ice cubes and a slice of orange.
