Bleh!

I love the Apothic Red so I figured I would give this white a try over my usual cheaper, better tasting picks. Mistake, it was not what I was looking for at all. Back to the red I go!

Nice blend of Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Grigio. The Riesling to add floral notes, the Chard for body, and the Pinot to add fruit flavors. Crisp finish. Perfect with fish or salad. A nice warm-weather wine. Mix a bottle (750 mls) of Apothic White, a bottle of Gingerale (750 mls), add some lemon and lime slices and raspberries for a lovely, refreshing Sangria. Yum!!

I had high hopes for Apothic White. I really like Apothic Red. However, I was not impressed with Apothic White! It has a mild taste. VERY mild! It tasted like white wine that had been watered down! I like a wine I can relax with and sip in front of the TV, but I like the taste of wine! If you don't like white wine you might like this one! But it's too mild for me, so I had to give it a poor rating. I will not be purchasing Apothic White again.

i had only heard of apothic red, so when i saw the white i just had to try it. was so worth it, tasted great!
