Mine keeps dropping calls

Not sure if it’s reflective of most but mine keeps dropping calls, was told to contact customer service to trouble shoot, still couldn’t figure it out, they’ll try and send me another but… hope it will work? Just a lot of $ spent on a product that isn’t the best. In fact my old AirPods worked better than the new pros. But who knows… will give the new ones a try again.
