Mine keeps dropping calls

Not sure if it’s reflective of most but mine keeps dropping calls, was told to contact customer service to trouble shoot, still couldn’t figure it out, they’ll try and send me another but… hope it will work? Just a lot of $ spent on a product that isn’t the best. In fact my old AirPods worked better than the new pros. But who knows… will give the new ones a try again.

I enjoy using my AirPods pro they have great life and never have any connection issues. These AirPods pro stay in my ears at all times. They come with 3 ear tip for every ear size. They sound amazing and the transparency mode is very useful.
