I have had my I Phone for about 5 years now and it is the best phone in my opinion you dont need to upgrade it or anything it is just great! I would differently recommenced this phone to everyone who asked
this was the first iphone i ever had, definitely holds up a lot better than the newer versions do, i can't picture myself ever going back to a phone with a screen this size, since i am used to the iphone 6s screen now, but definitely a great first phone
This was my previous cell phone. We had to part ways because the battery died on me after several years of use. I suppose for a cell phone that was used every day it lasted pretty good but I was disappointed that suddenly one day the battery drained super fast and could never hold its charge again.....
My iPhone 4S lasted me 2 years. No problems occurred for me, and it was my very first phone! Like all other Apple products, it is relatively easy to use, and also more fascinating than Android phones. I have since replaced my 4S with an iPhone 6, which on the other hand is also an amazing product.
Pros:
- Cheap price
- Has all the basic features of the iPhone (lowest model compatible with the new IOS 9)
Cons:
- Small screen (ever since I switched to iPhone 6, I was astonished at how long I used the 4S: It had such a tiny screen--how could I have stared at it for hours on end?)
- WAY outdated (it was released October 2011...4 years ago. Its only fashion statement is that you never switch phones, or can't afford a new phone. Sad.)
- Charger problems (4S uses the wide charger. New models all use the tiny one. It might take a little searching to buy suitable chargers. This issue is getting bigger as Apple releases more products.)
I recommend the 4S if you have an extremely tight budget, or if you want to give your children a cheap but desired gift (although the phone'll hurt their eyes a lot). The 5c or 5s are much better choices. If you want a phone of much higher quality, choose the 6 or 6 Plus! Or you could wait for the new iPhone coming out this September.
This phone lasted me 3 years. It rarely froze or closed apps. If it did all I had to do was restart it and it was back to normal. The battery life got worse as time went on although it was not a major issue. The only reason I got a new phone was because I was tired of it not having enough space on it. I only had 16Gb. I should have gotten the 32Gb one.
I've had this phone for over 3 years (knock on wood) and it's holding strong. All I've done is keep an Otterbox case on it since I got it and it still works like a charm. With all the software updates, it's a bit slower, but I can handle that! Definitely recommend!
still works so well and still a classy phone. it is basically the same compared to other recently released iphones, it is just smaller and a bit on the heavy side.
One of my sister's has this brand of phone. She's had it for a while and loves it. She bought a pretty case for it. It does anything a great cell phone does.
I loved it when I had it. I have upgraded since but now my son uses it to watch cartoons on. So I'm glad it still works. The home button is broken but that's ok my son doesn't need it.
