When it comes to easy to navigate... you want an iPhone.. nothing easier to use. Buy a good case tho as screen is not as though as other brand. But with good protection you are good to go. It's pretty and battery is comparable as other brand. If you plan on taken lots of picture make sure to buy the one with more gigs.. other then that it's great!!

Never owned an Iphone before, but my flip phone has seen it's last days. I really like that I can finally have everything with me including my calendar, contacts, email, ect. The convenience is unbelievable. (I'm not a tech inclined individual, but I can't say that I regret it either, even though I can't do have of the things that I'm now able to do with a phone! My boyfriend purchased a 5S at the same time because they had the phones for free with a two year contract. He didn't have any problems with his, but I had to exchange my first one after two days because the battery was draining unexplained.

C'est mon deuxième Iphone et j'ai aucun problème avec j'ai la garantie de Costco et elle en vaut vraiment la peine. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème de "bug" avec mon cellulaire. Les mises à jour sont facile a faire et quand même assez rapide.

Je possède une iphone 5S blanc depuis 2 ans et je l'aime toujours ! les applications sont toujours à jour et la caméra est d'une bonne qualité. Apple innove toujours dans ses téléphones et ajoute toujours de nouvelles fonctionne c'est ce que j'aime d'eux !

Well it does have awesome features but the front camera is just so awful! It's more like the quality you would find 5 years ago. I also have problems with it playing videos and I have to often to a soft reset for it to play. All and all it's a good phone that needs work

So this is the phone I used. It is not so great but it is not bad. The battery life doesnt last for so long. It is still a pretty phone because it is portable. The price is reasonable but if you can afford iphone 6s it would be better to buy that.

I just upgraded my iphone 4 to the iphone 5s and I love it! I'm not the type of person who needs the latest in gadgets such as the iphone 7 already! The fingerprint sensor is a really cool feature. My iphone came with iOS 8 but immediately wants me to upgrade to iOS 10 which I'm a little skeptical about. I find that I have more than enough space for my needs! I also got a $100 Walmart gift card when I purchased the phone so overall a great purchase!

Love my iphone! I would never go back to an android. They are easy to use and understand plus you have the imessage option wich is good to communicate with your friends who own iphones too. Can't wait to discover whats in store for the new iphone

I love my iphone I used to have the iphone 4 but I upgraded with Telus and got it for free with a 2 year contract and I am happy with it. I don't miss my 4 at all

it was an exciting upgrade from having the iphone 4s, but it's definitely not one of the higher quality iphones, i had my lock button cave in 5 times before apple finally just replaced the phone, since then i had no problems with it, i do like the touch ID its a great feature, the camera is a good quality, i like that the phone isn't as wide as previous iphones
