I bring this with me everytime I go for a walk/run. Its compact and clips to my jacket/top. The battery is long lasting. I've had mine for about 5 years and no issues. The sound is great and the price is awesome. I have mine in pink.

I have been fighting to get back into physical fitness for a few years now. I got myself an iPod Shuffle for my latest attempt. Well, what a difference in how I enjoy my exercise, whatever I choose to do that day compared to before. There are still some activities I would not wear my iPod for like a relaxing nature hike. But when it is the same old grind of getting some exercise in on my treadmill my iPod is my go to support!
