i love my ipod touch and bring it everywere! it has eveything i need on it such as email, music , photos games for my kids and thats a big thing, it keeps them busy while i get things done i need to do, its a great size and ive never had a problem with mine!
There is not a day that goes by that I don't use my Ipod touch. I love that it can hold tons of music, so I always have my favorites at my fingertips. Also I can download game apps for me and learning apps for my daughter. I even find the tools very useful. Don't know how I survived before I had it.
I love the new ipod touch! You can do just about anything with it. One of it's downfalls is that you have to be in a wifi zone to use it. But I love how versatile it is. It always you to take a picture and post it to facebook right away. Facetime is definitely a great feature and allows you to get talk to get "face time" with people. The apps are so great and the itouch is easy to use!
This is a must have. So useful, works has a walkman, radio/boombox/ alarmclock.... I could go on and on. Once you have one you CAN NOT go without it. So for all you music lovers out there, what are you waiting for!!!!
great buy and totally worth every penny!
i have had mine for 3 years still works like it brand new!
I received this as a Christmas present and I love it. I was really struggling a while ago trying to pick between a blackberry or an iPhone, and decided to go with the blackberry over it because of price point mainly (I got a great deal!), although I always wanted the iPhone for its lust factor. Now, I have the best of both worlds, and I love that you can do basically anything you can do with the iPhone on the iPod touch...and if you need to use a phone, as long as you're in wifi area and DL Skype, it has that functionality as well! It's brilliant! The new ones are really great for taking pictures as well if you don't have a camera handy- the pic quality is quite good and it has a reverse camera, where you can videotape yourself (if you want to do a little blog video or something). Love it! Can't say enough about this product, or Apple prods in general.
My iPod Touch has quickly become one of the items I grab when I leave the house. The functionality extends far beyond playing music and that is what has made this version of the iPod popular with myself and others. After all, it's the best selling iPod ever. Consumers can think of the iPod Touch as a smartphone with the phone capabilities (although, some generations are capable of using a talk app from Apple to communicate via Wi-Fi with other iPod and iPhone users). the iPod Touch relies on iTunes to transfer music and other files; however, the user can set up Wi-Fi to connect to the Internet, iTunes store and download apps, including games, blogging programs, aqnd organizing tools. A handful of apps are already included on the player (weather, calculator, contacts, mail et cetera) and are not removable, which is a small downfall of the player. iPod Touch supports audio and video content, has a photo album and uses the cover art model of newer iPod classics. The Home button on the face of the player can be configured and a native search function makes it ridiculously easy to find anything on the player. The iPod Touch is equipped with a hold button, which is a must given the touch technology, and even features a unique feature where the user can shuffle through songs simply by shaking the player. My biggest complaint is the location of the headphone jack (although there is also an internal speaker). It's on the bottom and painfully awkward.
My brother bought me this on my birthday and it was lust at first sight!!
It's easy to navigate through, add music to and the sound is terrific. That's just grazing the service of this versatile toy! You can watch movies, browse the web, check your emails, go on youtube (or chickadvisor!) and just have tons of fun. You can visit the Apple shop on this device and download tons of fun free applications and games.
The only bit of improvement I would do on this is I would allow for regular drag/drop music / videos onto the device as you would onto a regular mp3/mp4 player instead of doing so via iTunes. Then again, by doing it through iTunes you're ensuring that you're not wasting space by copying multiple copies of the same file into different 'playlists' (similar to a folder in windows but not quite)..so maybe i wouldn't change a thing! :-)
It's an expensive toy, but in my opinion, well worth the money.
The up front cost may scare you a little. Really though I haven't paid for an app since last July and I couldn't see myself ever living without it. You have the ability to have it as a phone/police scanner/log book/mp3 player/games/ just about anything you can think of!
I can't go anywhere without my iPod Touch! I really love how you can play games and do things on it rather than only listen to music.
Tip: Always update your iPod whenever one comes out. I didn't do any updates for a while and my Touch got a little messed up. Also, I think you can do much more with it too if you buy a set of ear phones with the mic. Of course that's depending what you use your touch for :)
