I really like my Mac computer. I like how easy it is to download pictures from my iPhone to my MacBook. I also like how I can have a lot of programs running and my computer is still quite fast. The computer is also very easy to use and there are a lot of keyboard shortcuts. My complaint is that the battery life is really bad and I have only had my computer 2 years now. Overall the MacBook is a good computer and if you find it on sale it is worth the price.
So tired of my macbook. It's old technology. It is not compatible with a lot of my newer gadgets. But apple products are reliable. Mine is slow but it still works just fine. I would love to invest in a newer one with more bells and whistle. Cost is the only reason I have not upgraded.
I love macbook because the applications are big and colorful so I know where to go if I need something. I do tend to get the occasional freeze, but I never have lost my data before or couldn't undo something. A lap top like this lasted me all through university and I still use it in college (extended learning). I would buy it for any age.
My MacBook is from 2008! Yes 2008. It still works, I have had to replace the battery once already, and do numerous software repairs. The external speakers also do not work anymore. At the time, it cost me a lot of money but considering that it still works all these years later, it is definitely worth it. I have also never put a virus protection program on it, and have never once had a virus. I love this little computer!
I have the MacBook Pro and I really enjoy it! I got it almost 2 years ago now and haven't had any issues yet! It seems to hold its battery power well and once i got the hang of it the computer was very easy to navigate!
At first, I was reluctant to buy my macbook, since it is at a higher price point than most PC laptops and I would have to get accustomed to using Apple software. I am really happy that I did purchase it instead of sticking to a PC. I've had my Macbook for over 2 years, and NEVER had a problem with it. It was particularly simple to get used to the software as well, which I was most concerned about. There are so many features to MAC and benefits over using a PC, that it would take forever to name. The best advice I can give; if you are a creative person, and use your laptop creatively, for design or whatever it may be; you should not even be considering a PC. Besides the creative capabilities of the MAC, I have never had any sort of viruses--as opposed to my experiences with PC's. Anyways, I can definitely say that I converted to Mac for life.
Expensive compared to PC laptop options, but worth every penny. Had mine for 3 years now dragging it through a vigorous medical school curriculum and haven't had a single problem with it.
I've had my macbook since Sept 2006 i believe. and i still love it. It looks so nice and white with a very chic design. The only downfall with the looks is that the white gets dirty easily... but i can't complain, because i picked it. In terms of it's capability, i've gotten so used to it and i find it very user friendly. There are also really cool programs that come with it. I'm a klutz and i'm not very good with computers. But i haven't killed this one yet. I haven't even gotten a virus or had to reinstall the computer. There are downfalls though. At Uni, sometimes the programs required are Windows only. I've tried using a windows partition but it was very slow. So that was kind of inconvenient. I also hate how it's sort of heavy. It looks cute and dainty, but it does weight more than it looks. I carry it to work, to school etc ... and it's a pain to lug around. Especially with the huge battery. The price is a bit steep for laptops with around the sam specs. But honestly, it looks good, and it doesn't die easily.
