Fancy frozen shrimp appetizer

Frozen butterflied and marinated in a buttery garlic herb sauce. They were quite flavourful although the garlic flavour is from 'garlic powder' and you can taste the difference. The size of the shrimp was quite good and there were 18 in the bag. I baked them in the oven, it took about 11 minutes, however, next time I'll try them on the grill or on a rack as there was quite a bit of liquid in the pan. I bet they're great on the BBQ!
