Pretty good for you and tastes great. Lots of flavour and does not taste artificial. They are pricey but when you buy in bulk it is worth it.

This is my go to drink when I just don't feel like water, but I find juice way too sweet. This option not only satisfy's my thirst but gives me that little hint of flavour I crave every now and then. I love that it also has vitamins in the drink. I mean it's an extra boost to the immune system. Now i wouldn't use this as a vitamin supplement, or as claiming your intake of vitamins, but it's still an added bonus for a boost.
