Love the idea but . . .

I love the idea of getting a fresh sandwich instead of a burger at a drive thru so I'm always trying to forgive Arby's for their last poorly made sandwich and try a different item from their menu. I am always disappointed. There is so much potential there! Just up the quality of the products.. like bread that doesn't become instantly mushy, or meat that isn't slimy. Fresh counts!
