Useless if you don’t want to bleach your hair

I was told that arctic fox would be the best brand for what I wanted. A slight blue tint in my medium brown hair. At first, I kept it in for the half hour it recommended. Rinsed our with cool water (basically everything the bottle said). It didn’t work.
So I thought, maybe I didn’t leave it in long enough. The bottle did say AT LEAST.
So I left it in for an hour. Maybe a little longer (time it took to set the kitchen timer, turn the water on, make sure it’s the right temp etc).
And still nothing.
All I wanted was a slight blue tint, and I didn’t want to bleach my hair.

One upside is it made my hair INSANELY soft. Would definitely buy the conditioner they use for this stuff.

I've been dying my hair for years and this is by far the worst dye I've ever used. Goes on unevenly and washes out in a couple washes. Not the colour I expected, very disappointed after all the good reviews I've seen. Used phantom green and poison and both were bad. Have periwinkle and I don't even want to try it.

Terrible! Can't get it to stay even with using cold water and sulfate free shampoos with colour seal conditioners! It's over perfumed, and overpriced. Very sad and disappointed.
