Can I get a full refund please?

The idea is great, the colour is great, but the tool itself isn't designed well. If you try it on your hand you get great results, but as soon after a couple stroked on your brow the tip goes dry because it's not replenishing due to the angle! Perhaps if you were laying down on your back to keep the product flowing downward you could be successful... but that's not going to happen! No amount of shaking, tapping or flicking is going to get enough product to the tip for you to be able to complete both brows in one sitting. BUST!
