I thought this bright blue colour would make some pretty eye makeup, but ultimately it ended up being way to bright for me to wear anywhere. Think middle school blue eyeshadow phase. I thought it would be more sheer than it was, but it went on thick and opaque.
The pencil is chunkier than most eyeliner pencils.
