Tore in half

I bought the Ardene flip flop for my vacation. While abroad, the flip flop developed a tear in it. The following day, the Right slipper cut in half! It was brand new, you can still see the image of the design on the slipper, and the Ardene logo. I have an old slipper that’s lasted over 5 years from Ardene. The quality has decreased. Customer service insisted on the receipt to offer an exchange or refund. The pictures were not proof enough that the slippers were from Ardene. So , bad quality slippers, bad quality customer service.

They were ruined after 2 times of wearing them, not worth purchasing. Maybe the higher ones would be better but the slip on ones are no good. Cheap quality.

They slippers are always on sale and I find they make awesome gifts especially if you add them with body lotions and such!
They're always 2 for $15 or 2 for $20 perfect and so comfy

Bought slippers when they were on sale - buy one at regular price ( I think it was $9?), get the second for one dollar. So I got 2 pairs of slippers for $10 total - great deal. They are warm and soft and I wear them every day.
