Are You My Mother? i remember reading this book many times to my son and my two nephews .over and over they sure enjoyed listening to this story

This is a book that I had as a child, and that I buy for all of my friends when they have babies. I'll always have fond memories of curling up on the couch and having this read to me, and then reading it to my younger brother as well. Totally a classic.

Very cute little story, all three of my children liked this book when they were younger. They loved when the little bird would ask the various animals if they were his mother.

We love this book. Good for young readers had it with my now 11 year old and Bought another copy for our 5 year old to read. Its very cute.

WE love this book. My son could read it to you at age 3 off of his memory because he needed it read to him everynight. when he got older he enjoyed reading it to his younger sister and then brother. This book is still a classic and we are done having a family movie night we will cuddle together and read this. priceless

A wonderful story for the little audience. I remember having this book read to me when I was wee. I've read it to my two daughters and they enjoy it as well. A classic and a must have for any young reader's library.

"Are You My Mother?" the story about a bird. His mother leaves her egg alone and flies off to find food. The baby bird hatches. He does not understand where his mother is so he goes to look for her. In his search, he asks a kitten, a hen, a dog, and a cow if they are his mother. They each say, "No."

After a series of adventures and mishaps, the baby bird is finally reunited with its mother.
