Your pet need good oral care as much as you and I do. I bought this Arm & Hammer Advanced Pet Care pack at my local Walmart. It comes with toothbrush specially flavored toothpaste for dogs, and a little rubber finger brush in case you have to really get in those molars. Even though the packaging says “Fresh Mint Scent” at the front, I was so surprised when I opened the toothpaste and smelled it. It smelled just like beef/chicken broth, which boggled my mind a little. I was really tempted to try it out myself because of how bizarre it smelled but in the end I didn't and instead I used it on my dog. She didn't like me putting a toothbrush in her mouth but I was able to clean her mouth without much problems. The toothpaste is made with baking soda so rinsing is not needed for dogs. It is completely safe for them to lick toothpaste, especially if it smells that good. I am very happy with my purchase. The tube of toothpaste lasted my dogs a long time and even after finishing it, I bought the same brand again because of how well it worked.
